1 THREE-BEDDED ROOM (a further bed can be added to accommodate four)
1 SINGLE ROOM (a further bed can be added to accommodate two)
1 double sofa bed of 135 cm in the living room in the room area.
We have two cradles for babies.

THE HOUSE HAS 3 FLOORS:

GROUND FLOOR
- GAMES ROOM - LIVING ROOM: with football players game, furniture and games for children, board games, three-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, table, chairs and TV (flat screen).
- CHANGING ROOM / BATHROOM: changing room, washbasin, toilet and shower.

FIRST FLOOR
- DINNING ROOM / LIVING ROOM: table for 14 people maximum, high-chair for children, fireplace, 2 three-seater sofas and information about the activities of the region.
- BATHROOM
- KITCHEN: vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (12 services), all the necessary cooking utensils and also for laying the table(dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc). Cupboard with cleaning utensils (broom, mop, buckled, etc). Iron and ironing board.
- DOUBLE ROOM: room with a bed of 135 cm.

SECOND FLOOR
- LIVING ROOM: There is a double sofa bed (135 cm) available when necessary (two-seater).
- BATHROOM
- 2 DOUBLE ROOMS
- 1 TRIPLE ROOM (with the possibility to put an other extra bed)
- 1 SINGLE ROOM (with the possibility of two bedded room)

OUTDOOR AREA:

- SWIMMING POOL:
In winter: COVERED HEATED SWIMMING POOL: the water temperature is 28 ºC and in the covered indoor area the ambient temperature is about 28-29 ºC. Swimming pool depth: 1,50 m. The swimming pool is surrounded by wood.
In summer: OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: the swimming pool can be uncovered to take advantage of the sun and the surrounding landscape.
We have sun loungers for sunbathing (8 units).
- PLAY GROUND AREA: sandpit, slide and rocker.
- BARBACUE AREA: In front of the house there is a wooden pergola (to provide shade), table, chairs and barbecue. Place for firewood.
- GARDEN: the whole house is surrounded by garden.
- OUTDOOR LIGHTNG: there are outdoor lights so visitors can enjoy dinner in the open air on warm nights.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The whole house is for rent only to one group and there is no shared areas (neither internal nor external)
- Pets are not allowed (but we will thank you ask for your case)

HOUSE SURROUNDINGS:

The property is surrounded by farming fields, except for one part where it border to another stone house (they are separated by a high fence to ensure privacy and this other house is not for rent to groups).
The house is near the centre of Montmajor so you can benefit from the services that the village offers: home-made cured meats (we recommend EMBOTITS CASA FIGOLS), meat cattle raised in the region, grocery, 2 restaurants, 1 tobacconist shop, 1 bakery and MUSEU DEL BOLET (Mushroom Museum).
